We look for people who don’t want or need to sit in an office all day. This is not an office job but is a sales career. We want you to meet with people where they are most comfortable. Our brokers realize their ‘office‘ is anywhere a wi-fi connection exists; Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, etc. Now isn’t that a nicer working environment than a stuffy office?

– ‘Micro-managed’ overbearing supervision.
– Mandatory office hours.
– Multiple meetings just for the sake of ‘meeting’.
