Having dealt with residential real estate agents for many years, I have become accustomed with the middle of the curve, poor service.

We were in a situation where we needed to move, but weren't sure where we wanted to end up. We were looking in a fifty-mile radius with some ideas that we were very specific about ("no laundry in the basement") and others that we really had no clue how to explain (a layout that felt right, but not a particular layout in mind.) Randy was with us through it all, taking all the time needed in order to get us into our dream home at a price we still can't believe.
When we found the perfect home, but learned that it was a short sale, Randy went above and beyond to find out every detail and give us the likely scenario of the process. While I was hesitant about putting an offer on a short sale, he sat down with me and went over the pros and cons, and helped me come to peace with the decision that was right for OUR family in OUR situation (versus me basing my decision off what a bunch of googled opinions.) Because he took the time to make us feel like he really was looking for our home, not just a sale for himself, we really did end up living in the perfect place for our family. (In fact, I have told people that if we were to become sudden millionaires, I am quite sure we'd remain exactly where we are, because we truly our home.)
I have already and will continue to recommend Randy to my dearest family and friends. He is trustworthy, he loves what he does, he goes above and beyond what I'd expect from any realtor. I could not be more appreciative of his part in putting us here. If we ever have future real estate needs, we absolutely will be using Randy again. (less)
